Very inexpensive but a nice little hotel in town not swimming pool or anything like it but we just wanted to spend the night in a clean and safe hotel and beds where ok and clean . Some how expedia did not comunicate wuth hotel but they work with us and respected the price expedia had. They were very nice ,but they did not speak English but i did speak spanish so problem solved .

Decent stay

Pros: -Within walking distance to tons of restaurants, beaches, bars. Very close to the ferry. -Daily room cleaning -AC Cons: -Bed was pretty hard. Didn’t effect our sleep, but it may for more sensitive sleepers. -Pretty noisy until around midnight (loud music) and then again around 7am (neighborhood stores opening). Walls seemed pretty thin -Hot water was very inconsistent. We’d get about 5-10min of hot water per shower or sometimes none at all. Seemed better in the morning -Our room had only one window that pointed toward an interior hallway, so we had to keep it closed most of the time -Linens didn’t seem very clean. There were a couple stains on towels and sheets Overall, a decent stay for our last minute trip, but probably wouldn’t stay again.

My room was very nice. Loved the soft blanket on the bed. Had a large mirror in the room for dressing. Only issue was the hot water. Seems it is only available at certain times. I almost think they have a switch to turn it off and on so if you don't have hot water just ask and soon you will have it too. Great location as well.

altamente recomendable para quienes quieren disfrutar de la isla ya que solo el cuarto es para pasar la noche, todo esta muy centrico y puedes llegar caminando desde el ferry, rentan sillas de playa para q aproveches y no tengas q pagar el doble en la playa, el hotel esta en el mero centro y tienes playa a unos cuantos pasos. Altamente recomendable.

La habitación muy bien, las instalaciones también. Solo no había suficiente papel higiénico y el shampoo no hubo. Nos tocó que por ser día festivo, no había personal de guardia ni de seguridad y no podíamos acceder a las instalaciones, una huésped nos abrió lo que le generó molestias. Deberían tener un personal de atención en este tipo de casos, pues un incidente mayor, hubiera sido algo fatal o complicado para muchos huéspedes sin algún personal responsable.

I loved staying here! Room #11 Slight communication barrier but each encounter was pleasant, staff accommodated by using translate on phone. Staff was FRIENDLY! And attentive. We had a light bulb go out and staff came immediately when notified and fixed. The room is smaller than traditional US hotel room but adequate with plenty of space needed to feel comfortable. The room and bathroom was very clean. Bath towels are clean but with marks/stains from lots of use but they were soft and smelled great!!!! Shower drain was adequate and water pressure was great. A few times we lost hot water for a couple minutes, but the hot water came right back and didn't interfere with shower. Storage of clothes… there is a closet with a few hangers but no shelves. My husband used a small desk/shelf by his bed for suitcase, and i used the “wooden bench” from outside that was already in room to put my suitcase on. Refrigerator was cold and worked. AC IS COLD. A/C turns on with key so it cant be left on while you are gone all day. When i got back to room i put key in AC, turned on ceiling fan and showered. By the time i was done (5-7 min) the room was COLD! We found that 24C was a comfortable temp at night for sleep. This hotel is just 2 doors off Hidalgo street so there is music you can here until 11pm/12am But it was VERY ENJOYABLE and we had no trouble falling asleep to it. This hotel is BASIC BUT CLEAN AND COMFY! I would stay here again. Great location for someone w/o cart.
