"I dry because they were only rooms with steps and I can’t do steps anymore and I really was sorry I had to go. Maybe you could put a short ramp over the steps with the ram that could be moved on enough."

Moon Palace The Grand Cancun - All-inclusive
8/10 Good
"Excellent property! Tons to do. I found the hotel to be in need of maintenance! The pools were not very clean. Also, we had a bad experience on our last night with a weird chemical odor in our room. The hotel was quick to change our room which was appreciated but that raised a red flag for us on the maintenance of the property and the safety of the systems."
