Catfished! I feel like I was catfished by all of the positive reviews. First off, the food was terrible! The bar staff were not friendly or engaging. This is an adult only resort and the swim up pool bars closed at 6pm while the pools closed at 8pm. There was no music in the main pool area. We asked staff to put on music, which was declined so we brought our own Bluetooth speaker for entertainment. The rooms were clean and nice. Although restaurants were nice the food was horrible. I tried to make a reservation at the hibachi restaurant and there was no staff available to make the reservation. The alcohol is all bottom shelf and watered down. You cannot be served shots at the rooftop pool and you cannot order multiple drinks at a time to bring to your friends who are standing nearby. Too many rules for an adult resort. I would not recommend and would not stay here again.

Pros: Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating Nightly entertainment for guests was great and engaging Rooms cleaned very well each day Cons: Bottom shelf alcohol Not allowed to take shots depending on who bartender was Resort was kinda boring- don’t visit if you’re looking for a lively fun time - slow paced Restaurants first come first served so we had to wait 45-to an hour each night for dinner Food selection poor - especially at lunch Staff constantly trying to sell you a Hyatt time share Rooftop pool seats mostly reserved for bottle service even when it was slow no one could air in them No pool side good service Not a bad hotel just not up the experiences I’ve had at other resorts in Cancun, won’t return
