"Exceptional Stay! A True Home Away From Home!!!!! I recently stayed here for 1 week and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and ensured a smooth check-in. The Room: The room was immaculate, spacious,excellent beach view and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable with crisp, fresh linens, and the bathroom featured a great shower with excellent water pressure. It was also remarkably quiet, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Mary Cruz was making sure every day our room was clean and did a birthday welcome decoration for my daughter. Location & Amenities: The hotel's location is perfect. I also highly enjoyed the all inclusive benefits( shows,food,drinks)which offered great value. Service: The customer service truly stood out. Housekeeping kept the room spotless(big thank you for Mary Cruz), and any request I made to the front desk was handled promptly. I highly recommend sunscape Cancun resort to anyone visiting Cancun I will absolutely be staying here again!"

"We had a great experience during our stay at this hotel, the staff is amazing, they keep everything clean and make sure you’re taken care of. The food was very good at the buffet and I highly recommend trying the steakhouse restaurant, we were a group of 12 and without reservation there was no waiting time"

"Everything is fine only need to clean more deep because is dirty each room (the shower the sinks the edges of the showers the floors the phones too deep clean) everything deep clean becsuse everything else was excellent I like the outside of the hotel big and excelent to stay outside all day plenty of entertainment the swimming pools the access to the beach the mariachi in the restaurant in the night everything was great only needs deep clean sorry thank you!"
