"This was a lovely clean cozy apartment with a wonderful view from the balcony.The location was ideal...a few minutes walk from the beach and lovely walks.The bus station was a short walk away and there was a shortcut through the park as you come out the side door of Copacabana.We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment."

"My family of 4 stayed at Ocean Tide for 9 days in July 2023. The property is effectively a lower ground floor apartment consisting of a bedroom wing along a corridor and a huge open plan living area. The propery is very large ! When you initially walk in it seems overwhelming in a good way. Others have noted that there isn't really any outdoor space but this did not cause us an issue during our stay, we enjoyed using that vast living area in the evenings. "This is a very well decorated and particularly artistic apartment. Roberto was a wonderful host, friendly and very helpful in every way. We stayed a month and kept enjoying the beautiful furnishings and comfort of the apartment. Good warming on the few occasions needed, excellent kitchen, splendid light, easy access, great local cafes, supermarkets, even hardware store, very fine restaurants at all price levels. The very nearby Sanabia Park is absolutely enchanting; we often spent afternoons...

"When we arrived at front door of a small Spanish town we were shocked but that was down to me not reading it wasn't a tourist town but we soon got over it and enjoyed our 10 day stay with a 45 foot terrace facing the sun all day with a well equipped kitchen.it would have been nice if it had UK TV or even Netflix when we came home at night but we survived.They did have good security and underground parking if you needed it so thumbs up"

"Wife and I had a great time at Victors apartment the highlight is the huge roof terrace which gets the sun all day. The apartment is also very well located for the beach, restaurants etc and there is a big Spar supermarket just down the street .Great place great host top marks Jim and Dawn"

Neither the pool, spa or fence seem to exist, VRBO listing for car parking states, 'on site options, including garage' There is no garage and 'on site options' means hunting for scarce road parking or paying for expensive...

"We had a great stay. Carmelo helped really quickly whenever we had a problem. The stove was broken and he replaced it immediately. Arinaga is really nice and the apartment well located. You can go swimming a few meters opposite. The terrace is great although the wall is a bit high and so you only have the great sea view when standing."

"This apartment is spacious and has the benefit of the most wonderful views. Not mentioned is the stunning roof terrace that has marvellous 360• views across several bays. There is, perhaps, not enough explanation of using the facilities and I had to message the owner frequently over the first few days. My advice is to ensure that you know how to switch on the hot water, where the washing machine is and possibly how to connect the WiFi before you book. I would thoroughly recommend this...

The photograph of the property is misleading though, the impression being that our apartment is represented by the photograph overlooking the pool. "very modern apartment with comprehensive range of appliances, kitchen utensils and laundry. 5 min walk to Las Ramblas and a further 5 minutes to the pedestrian shopping area. I thoroughly enjoyed my time staying there! (Only negative is the parking is hit and miss - and don't bring a large vehicle as the road is narrow)"

"This apartment was great for our week stay. It was our first time in Gran Canaria and we really enjoyed the great weather and diverse geography. We had a hire car which we used to travel round and the north is certainly worth a visit. The apartment is on the outskirts but was a pleasant walk of about 20 minutes to get to the town. There were numerous buses and they looked well used but we did not use them. The pool at the apartment was great and we enjoyed a dip each morning in the sea. Thomas...
