"Beautiful and very clean 3-level apartment in a great part of the city. There's a grocery store below the apartment and you're a 5-10 minute walk from the heart of Santa Cruz and the ocean. "We were very satisfied, the apartment is located directly on the Atlantic with a great view! The decor is good and modern. The terrace offers enough space for a small family. In the future I would like a privacy screen for the windows so that you can sleep in the dark after sunrise, otherwise there is nothing to criticize about the furnishings. The small private beach is right next to the house and there are two great public beaches next to it. Everyday necessities are in the next town, not 10...

"We had a very nice stay. Check-in went smoothly because dear Monika had sent everything beforehand via WhatsApp. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The lovely Monica asked in between if everything was okay and if we needed anything else. You need a car to get here as it is remote. Phone connection and mobile internet are poor, but thanks to the good WiFi we were always easily reachable."

"First, it was very hot in the room and the was no AC in the (it was mentioned in the description, but it was too hot to tolearte day stay inside). Second, the was no toiletries in the bathroom; I understand when shampoo, shower gel, etc. are not provided (it's not Hilton after all), but there wasn't even a peace of simple soap... so you cannot wash your hands. Third, no water in the room - I'm sorry, but in hot countries in the summer it's a must to provide at least a welcome bootle of water. Fourth, while towels and bedding were fresh, the floor was quite dirty. "
