"For our first time in Florence, the staff was exceptionally accommodating. They directed us to everything we needed at every turn. The hotel restaurant had a fantastic breakfast buffet! Overall this was a very memorable family vacation and much of it had to do with the hotel amenities and staff!"

"Here’s a polished version that keeps your tone but reads a little smoother: I believe we upgraded for the breakfast, and honestly, unless you’re paying for the convenience, I wouldn’t recommend it. In my opinion, it wasn’t worth it when there are much better and very inexpensive options close by. The room also wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. It lacked simple things like tissues and a shower cap, and the patio and bathroom walls were never cleaned during our stay. That said, the front desk staff was very friendly, and the location near the train station could definitely be helpful depending on your needs."
