Rooms very clean. Bathrooms were ok. We recommend to put hooks for towels. Breakfast was good. The only observation is that is 20 min from center. I acknowledge we booked this hotel because it was recommended by a friend and did not verify distance from Florence Center.

I highly recommend this hotel. Absolutely a ten out ten. Friendly staff. The breakfast one of the best most complete manus excellent. Totally worth it!!!! The location is ideal you can walk to Michallangelo square and the town. One piece of advice we made the mistake and walked from the train station to the hotel is about 30 minutes. Taxis are expensive about 40 euros. Take the bus number 14 only one euro lives right by the hotel and in front of the train station. If I ever come back to Florence will definitely stay in this hotel. Thank you to everyone in the hotel loveeeed it!!!!

Staff at the Hotel were so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble, my daughter is a wheelchair user so only let down was the lift to get in to the Hotel broke down twice and from the appearance of the Lift it was old and looked poorly maintained so we knew it was going to be an issue when we arrived at the Hotel, however on the occasions it did break the staff we very caring and did the best to accommodate and make sure it got fixed as quick as it could do.
