The beach is beautiful as is the walk thru the Ecological Preserve next door. Rooms and bathrooms are ok but are in need of some updating (our toilet kept malfunctioning). The staff is very accommodating and friendly. "

"The quality/price rate is excellent. The location is in a brand-new area of development, so everything near is real good. The only drawback is that you eill need a cab or rent a car if you want to go to the beaches or downtown. You are away from everything that Florianopolis stand for.
