Absolutely disgusting service!!! Do not go to this establishment!! I was sworn at, verbally abused and treated with such disrespect that I was in shock! After arriving late into Napier/Hastings after a 5 hour rushed drive to the Hastings hospital I successfully booked an available room late in the evening via the wotif website. I revieved an email an txt confirmation of my booking and went to the motel. After knocking on the staff door I was greeted by a gentleman in his underwear who ask me what I wanted and I explained I had made a late booking. He started to swear at me and told me to FK off..I explained that I had a booking and he continued his expletive rant. I explained that I'd been visiting the hospital and he told me to FK up and that it's not his problem. He continued to sweat and abuse me and told me I had no booking. At this stage my partner came out of the car and the man changed his tone and said we did have a booking and proceeded with the check-in. I explained to my partner what the man had been saying and we wanted to walk away but had no other option but to stay. I was so shocked by the disgusting service and the level of disrespect received that this is the first review I have ever given as I would hate for anyone else to receive such appalling treatment.

Good for weekend trip

Easy and fast check-in. 1-bedroom unit large enough for 4 persons. It is located halfway between the CBD and Taradale. Single glaze and can get hear some traffic noise. Else good free unlimited Wifi, on-site parking and friendly staff.

Our first night we had a slight problem with the room, mentioned it to the owners the next morning and they were very apologetic and fixed the situation immediately. Happy with our stay and would stay again. Two tvs was a pleasant surprise, especially staying with children!

Frank and Maureen are lovely and easy comms of whatever you need. Room is very spacious. A little feedback tho, the kitchenette could have use a small exhaust so the smoke will not linger thru the room esp for longer stay who will need to do some cooking. Other than that, superb service!
