"We had a wonderful stay at Escarpa and it served as our perfect home base to head out and explore the island. The area is remote so a car rental is definitely recommended and give patience on the road that the hotel is off as it’s a very popular tourist destination due to a natural waterfall within 5 minutes walking distance however created a lot of congestion on the very narrow and steep road with cars parking or stopping in front of the drive leading to the hotel. "Outstanding week. Views are iconic and breathtaking. Pool was heated to temperature we requested. Kitchen was clean and modern. Communication with owners was easy. Having a taxi “on call” was also appreciated. The only thing I would add is a dryer or more towels as we were constantly going in and out of either the pool or beach. 5 stars. Would highly recommend."

"From 2/3 days before our stay we were in constant contact with the property manager who was extremely helpful and informative. He met us on the day to show us around and the property was immaculate and extremely well equipped! Due to the property being up quite a steep hill it is advised to get a hire car as we did find after the first day taxis are very expensive so if you want to visit other parts of the island then do get a hire car! We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this...
