"The BBQ restaurant is no longer there, so there's no where to eat except a tiny bar area in the lobby. Thankfully, a very nice employee directed us to some restaurants within walking distance. There is only one small pool area other than the waterpark area, which is quite a walk from most of the rooms. And much smaller than it appears on the website and in the pictures. Rooms were really nice with a balcony; however, the view from the balcony is of an alley and laundry facility. Why even have it, seriously? I was woke up at 4 am Tuesday night by someone yelling obscenities outside our room, evidently having been locked out of his room. Overall, not what I was expecting based on the amount of money I spent."

"Overall nice property. Mini fridge in room wouldn’t close completely and light in shower wasn’t functioning either. "

"Lack of communication between employees had us waiting for the free airport shuttle for over 45 minutes. Called the number provided 3 times to see where the shuttle was and why it wasn’t showing up and the desk clerk said “make sure to go to the share ride side.” Later found out the bus was going to the opposite side where the cell phone lot was. Mentioned this when checking into the hotel and were told we would be reimbursed for having to pay for uber after waiting for so long for the shuttle that never came to share ride side of pickup but never received reimbursement. Desk clerk gave email to contact for a cash refund reimbursement but never responded to email and wasn’t seen again since check in the 3 days we stayed at the hotel. The main reason I booked was specifically for the free airport shuttle and this was the first problem encountered from the hotel. Was highly disappointed from first impression but everything else turned out fine. "

"Checked in late at night and key didnt work to get into room. Went to front desk and they "upgraded" us to a suite. It was terrible. Super hot in the room, no towels and super dirty and run down. Tried to get some sleep as we only needed to stay 7 hours. Went to get into bed and found bed bug eggs. Left right away."

"I did not feel confortable in this hotel. It also did not feel safe. Front desk people are very kind and helpful but the hotel room does not look like the pictures. They ask you why you are staying there and scan every ID. I had to change room reservations. "

"Great place for shopping and restaurant choices. Close to the airport and fairly quiet. Great having a Starbucks in the lobby for breakfast and great coffee!"
