Check in staff was kind Breakfast staff was rude... they would not refill trays of food or waffle batter and ran out of most prepared items with 30 minutes left in Breakfast time. Spa water was murky. No towels at pool area. Pool was not heated like most hotels, but the water was clean. "

"This is my go to stop in Barstow. I would normally give 5 stars for its location it is clean and quiet in my book, plus the breakfast is a cooked to order bonus. I had to knock off points thos tome because my hotel room door was slightly ajar when i went to use my key, the deadbolt on the door did not work and there was a bloody super gross stain on the wall by the bed. Other than that the room was clean and in good condition. "
