Though the hotel was very nicely kept, and our arrival was promising, the trip continued to decline as the service and response of the staff was disappointing. After our stay our impression is that the only staff that we found cared when they had something to sell us. Seeking a bandaid, reporting a cockroach in our room and on the grounds (see picture), requesting privacy and then our baby being woken up by the person we just had spoken to, etc., none of these seemed like issues the staff cared about. They either couldn’t be found, gave us the runaround, or seemed annoyed.
It seems you matter if you are an owner. If you are just a paying guest, stay somewhere else.
And lastly, the food selection is very limited. Some places were closed after we were told they were open and the prices are ridiculous for what you get.
We enjoyed the view and the pools were very nice. Though at times not heated.
