The condo is beautiful and the decor inside is very nice and very Mexicano. Great view of the Marina! We enjoyed the patio a lot and after a fun night on the town...we would enjoy some drinks while listening to the seals "talk" in the Marina! The property is very well maintained. The bedding...pillows and towels are hotel quality or better! The beds are very comfortable!!They've thought of everything that you need to enjoy your stay. Will stay there again for our next trip to Cabo. Highly Recommend!!

Great location and view. You have full sun at 7:30am. You are above the Tiki and Cabo Cantina bar. Close to all the local bars and restaurants. It was a little confusing getting to our unit, but when we did everything was awesome. Would definitely recommend to our friends. Norm and Sara

Tesoro Hotel marina view rooms were all booked
Little did i know, this property has the same million-dollar view as the Tesoro Hotel. This condo looks like it was once part of the Tesoro, same building but separate from the hotel. I gave check-in 3 stars because the directions to find the unit were confusing, had to get hotel security to help point the way. Other than that, perfect…

Sea Lions Delignt
We really enjoyed our stay! It is so close to everything and the view is fantastic. My favorite thing about it though was listening to the Sea Lions every night and getting woke up by the same. The are not too loud just a quiet white noise sound. We will be back!

Overall our stayed was very good. The condo is located at the center of the marina, many places around to go shopping and eat at walking distance but if you have a car you need to know that the parking lot is not included . The condo was clean except for a small stain in my husband’s bed sheets and we could not had a good night sleep because the mattress was too soft for us. They left a welcome gift for us that we really enjoyed and the view was breathtaking exactly as advertised !

We arrived there on Monday night and there was a heavy police presence. We still checked in flawlessly and parked my car near the property. House is as clean, hot water runs. The morning views tho.

Great Condo
This is our second 3-week stay at Casa Deakins. We love the proximity to the Marina and all the hustle and bustle that goes with it. The condo is directly above restaurants however, we never had any issues or sleepless nights. The description and photos are accurate. The kitchen is fully stocked and although there is only a cooktop, there is a toaster oven and a great Weber BBQ on the deck. The bed linens and towels (including beach towels) are plentiful. Augusto, the property manager, is a very nice person and is extremely responsive and understands customer service. You won’t regret booking this unit.

Excellent location, the unit had everything anyone would need. The only thing was that sometimes you could hear thumping from music in the bar below. Overall though, I highly recommend staying here.
