"Reception ladies were friendly and helpful. Location was amazing, close to the tower of London, Tower bridge and sky garden. It was perfect!! Super clean, too. Rooms are small, but we were just there to sleep, so it wasn't a big deal. Great price, too."

"We were offered an upgrade on our room for an extra £160. We didn't think it was worth the expense, as we only received a few cans of coke cola, two bottles of water and two cans of gin. One evening in the restaurant I ordered a cornish steak and ale pie meal which was inedible. Very chewy meat, this was returned. I did however have a meal replacement at no cost. Excellent location but I have been in much nicer hotels with better facilities. I would give it 7 out of 10 ."
