We were there from July 8 to July 11, and wasn’t any A/c working. 2. For the entire resort they have only 1 [one only) iron , and no iron birds. 3. "It was a very convenient location. Reserved parking and coming in and out with the vehicle was no trouble at all. I thank the wonderful staff for their service. The hotel itself was clean, spacious, quiet and great views. The hotel also had a well equipped gym. The only thing I would mention is that at night the WIFI tends to get overwhelmed and stops/runs slow. "

"I would not recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy. I can't believe Expedia even recognizes this as a safe place to stay. The hotel is unfinished, elevators and hallway lights didn't work, rooms did not have any electrical outlets, air conditioning was broken and bathroom had cockaroaches. "I really enjoyed this hotel, fantastic location on the beach, less than a 10 minute walk from Flower Street. Bedrooms overlooking the beach and a private area on the beach, with loungers and umbrellas all included in the stay. Staff were all really helpful.
