"I liked how friendly the staff were but they said the booking is not booked through expedia and have to pay their rate excluding any platinum services. I get that but why would they list their hotel if not providing any services for Expedia members? Not teustworthy."

"Wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly from the kind staff at valet to the front desk to all the cleaning staff - everyone was extremely friendly and keen to help. The location is convenient with close access to Dubai mall and most of the tourist attractions in DXB. There are also a great selection of restaurants in the area.
