This unit was perfect for us but just a shame that the shower head needs replacing, there was a cracked window and trampoline needs disposal.

Super easy walk in walk out. Parking right outside our unit. Cooking facilities in the unit had everything we needed to eat in. Only down side was that there was no hot tap in the kitchen (just a cold water tap). Would stay again as it was convenient, easy to find. Staff were super friendly.

Not a bad find for a last minute dash.
Staff were very friendly, helpful and pleasant. The room was good and had all the basic requirements, tidy, comfortable, clean towels every day etc.

The motel was perfectly fine except for the bed which was well below acceptable. Very low and boney hard, frankly very unsuitable for older folk. I am afraid we could not possibly recommend it to our friends.

Everything very good except for the dirty, untidy old dungy carvans out the back . We often tour with our own caravan and fine Bulls a good start from the ferries on our trips north and have stayed with the caravan twice before. Not sure I would again.

I had to get a portaloo dropped off on 26 May for the field trip we held on 26 May. It was generous of the Motel staff to let us park it in the motel grounds. Nice friendly people.

We required somewhere last minute. So booked and arrived late in the evening. It was great location for what we required and the room was pleasant, They had our key all organized in pick up box, So appreciated that facility, quick and easy.

Accommodation worked. Good parking outside. However we heard all 342 heavy trucks that passed down SH1 overnight. The single bar heater needs replacing and fan very noisy. Cold night and place began to heat up by 7am just as we were leaving.

There was no kitchen sink which made it very difficult to fill the kettle. I had to use a small glass tumbler in the bathroom washbasin to fill the kettle. Internet it stated is slow. Well that is an understatement. It took 43 minutes to open one email and I was unable to open the 4 pages of attachments which I was supposed to review and comment on. I gave up! Only blue top milk was available. Comfortable Bed which was appreciated. The hot water was dangerously hot! I very nearly scaled one hand. It could have scaled a young child.

It was one night stay. The air condition was not in good condition. It was very noisy. I had to turn it off on cold night to catch some sleep. They had free wifi. However it was not working. This stay was not up to my expectations. Thanks

Arrived at 7.30pm after long trip. Reception locked and no service. Had to wander around the site and found some guests who said keys to my unit may be in green box next to reception. There was no clear msg given about this to me. Room was adequate but carpet was grimy. Bedding clean. Again, reception locked at 8am. Adequate, but room for improvement!
