"Great location and walking distance to the Central train station if you do not have luggage, staff were helpful and nice. Rooms are bright and very spacious. However certain amenities like the bathroom floor towels and slippers were not provided. The location had many restaurants even Asian onbes all within walking distance."

"We booked 3 rooms on our 4 days stay in Milan. The hotel is very accessible (2 minutes walk) to the Milan Centrale Train Station which by itself a grand building of architectural masterpiece. Take time to view it at night which yields an extraordinary beauty when the top train station facade is illuminated. The hotel is clean with great amenities. Beds are comfortable too. This hotel served consistently superb buffet breakfast and more importantly the staff are very knowledgeable, hospitable and cordial. We flew so early in the morning and their packed/to go breakfast was our savior for filling our hunger (as we run out of time during our check in at the airport). Our heartfelt thanks to the hotel staff for their great service. Milan airport staff allowed us to carry the packed breakfast up to the air Dolomiti flight. Overall, this hotel is a must place to stay in Milan and will definitely choose IQ hotel if we will visit next time."
