"Loved our stay for a night. The only two things I observed is that the hallway carpet has lingering odor and that you may hear the room above you if it was kids that are running and jumping around the room, it was not a big problem as we are too tired to mind."

"Coffee machine did not work. TV did not work. The toilet had no lock. I paid for non functional room. I feel cheated."

"Nice quiet property with large outdoor heated pool and hot tub with 9am to 11pm hours. Beautiful lobby and renovated rooms although the washroom door should be replaced as well since it tended to stick during opening and closing. Very conveniently located next to Knott’s Berry Farm only a short walk away with many other food options close by as well and the area felt safe. Parking was $25 nightly and the restaurant had a $25 breakfast buffet. Staff was very friendly and there was daily housekeeping. "

"Arrived to the hotel, unable to place a request for early check in front desk states they don't do that there. Arrived to hotel they charged my card for parking, resort fees, amenities, and $200 deposit. Pool was closed during our visit for the week, only thing available was a basketball court, 3-hole putt golf. Breakfast is horrible. Same old breakfast everyday hetabold real fast. Paid full price for room unable to use pool or slides, why did I get billed at cost in lieu of a discount since they reason we were staying there was bc of the water park etc. Ordered pizza n wings to take up to my room and they forgot to bring up, when I came down food was cold. No one offered for refund my money. Sofa bed in my room had stains along with carpet this used to be my fav spot that totally are letting it go."
