"Check in was great. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Shower needed a refresh and the noise in the hall could be heard in the room. The lobby is beautiful and amenities are all good."

"Very historic, Art Deco hotel with extensive history of Hollywood heydays. Definitely must appreciate the nostalgic interior and architecture. Above all, the staff was impeccable! Everyone had a smile, friendly, welcoming and attentive. I left an item in my room, I called and it was promptly found. A link to file a lost report was sent immediately and my one additional phone call with an amazing staff member had my item returned asap! "
