Liked the breakfast and staff. No liners for waste cans no complementary water one roll of toilet paper no facial tissues no hand soap ice maker inoperative construction going on most of the building dumpsters in parking lot we were their 3 days and no one serviced our room towels etc.

For a property that allows pets, the location was clean and the staff were helpful and courteous. There were many little things that were not up to par, for example for the majority of our trip for whatever reason there were no waffles available at breakfast and the ice machines were not working. The first night, the shower drain was not working but this was fixed once we reported it.

First let me say the staff were friendly and helpful. However…The location of the hotel is not a great place so buyer beware. First due to the renovation the original lobby is closed off. The temporary door is painted black and has no lights making it hard to locate at night The maintenance status of the building and rooms itself left much to the imagination and I felt like I was staying in a motel 6 not a La Quinta inn I understand the property is under renovation but I don’t think the rooms were ready to be rented out My room lacked hot water , the safety lock on the door is broken and the heater/ac emitted a bad odor Unfortunately I will not stay here again

They were under construction to start with. Would have been nice to know that. Accessible room was not very accessible. Low toilet and tub. No accessible seat or shower head. Was very disappointed 2 days no shower, had to was up not shower.

I have stayed here quite a few times and have loved my stays. I love everytime I come, I am greeted with such joy and happiness, and the rooms are always clean. This time the staff was not so welcoming which made me not want to come back.

Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was yummy for the price. The decor and room was outdated and the shower pressure was not the best but I believe they are in the process or renovation so this might change soon. The AC was great and the WiFi was not the best. Overall it is a good area and good service. They only need those renovations to hit soon. Overall I would stay again.

The hotel is under remodel/ construction so there are parts that are blocked off. It would have been nice to know before booking. Also, there was a sign saying the hot tub was not usable. And lastly, I got pink eye 3 days after my stay so I can only assume it was from the pillows. ( I can't 100 percent confirm it was from my stay, but just be be safe)

My room wasn’t ready until 3:30PM even though they knew I had been waiting in my car since a little after 1PM. When I got in the room, first things I noticed was a cigarette butt on the balcony wall and several rips in the curtain. The coffee maker didn’t work and the coffee served at breakfast was so watered down it was more like tea. They had no OJ. Out of the 3 nights I was there a semi truck tractor was parked in the parking lot for two of them, which is about 30 feet from where people are trying to sleep and I really don’t understand that, why that was permitted? During my birthday meal I was interrupted by two cops that wanted to search my room because they supposedly got a 911 call from it. I told them I didn’t call them and I was the only one there. They still wanted to come in and fearing escalation I let them. Then the next night around 1AM cops come back and wake me up accompanied by the property security guard. I don’t understand the incompetence involved in repeatedly disturbing someone that was very clearly not requesting disturbance but it really helped ruin my birthday “vacation”. I DO NOT recommend this place.

The motel is pretty run down. It looks like the property may be going through renovations. Walls and structures are very thin. You can hear all noises from outside, next door, and above you. Beds are not very comfortable. Property is close to freeway and CPP. Breakfast was decent.
