This isn't an issue with the owner as they were responsive when we brought it up but still we had to clean. The dirty linens were left in the washer, which we understood would happen. "The room was very spacious and had all the conveniences of home. It was hard to find once we got into town. The signage wasn't clear, and we had to ask across the street where it was located. "

"We got stuck in snow traveling up the road to our cottage, and it was very scary for us. The road should have been closed sooner than it was, but nevertheless our host helped and came to get us. He drove us from our stuck rental car to our cottage and then brought us back to the car the following morning and helped us dig our car out (literally shoveled our car out with us)!!!!
