"Had to ask 3 times for someone to look at heater. The staff were not customer helpful. Maintenance were to come to my room. No one came. No knock on my door. Had the tv on and you could hear it if you were outside the door. I was told he did not come because I had the sign on the door that I did not need the room cleaned. No amenities to speak of. When checking in no one looked at me, or said we’ll be right with you, nothing for approximately 6 minutes. Mold should be cleaned in shower. Not even 3 star."

"We did not utilize the breakfast service as it was costly (20 euros per person). You were not allowed to take anything out of the dining room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Elevator to second floor had a sewer gas smell. The hallways, furniture in the lobby and carpets are very tired (worn) and could use some updating."

"NO onsite parking, NO elevator and STEEP stairs. This place is wonderful, charming, clean, great location and the breakfast was incredible. However, hotels.com shows it has parking, and the only parking are public garages a 10 minute walk away, and if you are not physically fit the stairs are very steep."
