Clean large room. Safe didn’t function and no lightbulb in desk lamp. Door card would only function on the 3rd attempt every time. Nice hotel but totally marred by an ‘Anime’ convention which lasted the 2 nights we were there. The hotel never informed us of this before our stay but if they had we would never have booked the accommodation. Noisy and packed with animated dysfunctional young people. We have yet to contact the hotel to raise our huge disappointment!

The room was very spacious and clean. The lobby and bar staff were friendly and helpful. The car park however was very narrow and tight and leaving proved quite difficult with the exit tickets not working at machine.
