"Hotel was very nice, clean and the staff were friendly very helpful when you asked where the facilities were,if there was any complaints it was the price of the alcohol and and mixers,I got charged £3.60 for a bottle of tonic water which I think was very over priced, when it is 0.89 pence on the high street "

"Excellent stay, as all Daniel thwaites brand hotels usually are... Great food, great rooms, really comfortable, great hotel layout, milk and water dispensers in the hallway, which are genius idea, really make the difference for an avid tea/coffee drinker... Spa, gym, pool facilities are fabulous, very relaxing and well kept. Staff were lovely as usual, they pick good people. Only thing I'd complain about is having to pay for parking, which I didn't expect... But it was only a fiver per night so not too unreasonable."
