Everything was great however you have to pay a $200 deposit incase of damage and takes 5 to 10 working days to go back into your account, im sure there is an easier and better way that doesnt take that long to receive deposit back

We have a great 6 night stay at this hotel. It is close to restaurants, shops and public transport. It is situated on a main road but you do not hear any traffic noise except the occasional ambulance (it is near a hospital). The only down side is cleaning of room. We tried to get new towels by putting ours on the bathroom floor and that is where they were when we arrived back. They did not replace dishwasher liquid during our stay.

Booked this place last minute due to a family member being hospitalised. Was only 5mins from the hospital. Staff was great on check in and helped with pointing us in the direction to find some dinner.

Great location, restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Clean, modern and street parking if you don't want to pay for parking below the apartments. Close to West End, Brisbane city and James st shopping precinct is 10 minutes by car.

I was late getting to my accommodation (range of reasons) and Emily rang to check I was ok and still coming. She was on reception when I arrived - so lovely to have the actual reception team call rather than a call centre! Emily made sure I knew where everything was in the building and let me know where the key box was for my early departure. Cannot fault this experience!

Took 3 attempts to get into a room.. including being given a card to someone else’s room! And then apparently there is no housekeeping service on Sunday (same price for the room) so we returned from a long day out to find an unmade bed and dirty towels!! Great idea for Quest to save money.. perhaps they should discount the room?

The shower had some mould and the lamps were dusty. There was not enough milk. The beds were comfortable. The view was awesome and close to the Gabba and public transport. Affordable!!

Great spot to stay as it’s convenient if you want to go to the Gabba. Walking distance to cafes and supermarkets and hotels. The rooms are a bit dated and showers need freshening up otherwise everything was great. Will be staying there again when in Brisbane.

Clean, convenient. Bed uncomfortable. Staff not particularly helpful. Lift had an issue with the button - staff were aware but didn’t advise us in advance. My partner turned up later - I had left his details with reception however when he tried to check in, reception gave him a hard time and did not appear to have the message about his arrival. Parking - should be free considering the other issues
