"Picked this location because it was on the route from West Point to Gillette stadium. It was an hour closer for our son (and friends) to get here than if we had stayed in Boston and it put him that closer for drive home on Sunday. The house was great and well decorated for Christmas. My wife’s comment was that she felt like we were in a Hallmark movie. The host was very responsive (not that we needed anything). And Army beat Navy! Great weekend."

"The cabin at Quinebaug Cove was exactly what I was looking for. Clean, quiet, and a helpful staff at the lodge. The cabin was very comfortable and hits that sweet spot just a little bit fancier than ol’ fashioned tent camping. I will definitely be keeping this place in mind for future weekend trips."

Meets expectations of this level of a hotel

"I laugh at the people who gave this hotel a bad review because of the food. Firstly, they have a clean area and hospitable staff. That to me goes above and beyond. Secondly, you cannot truly expect breakfast that is included in any hotel in the USA to be the best thing you have ever had. Of course you would not get fresh bacon or eggs, how can you expect more? It’s free… Change the system, or stay at a nicer hotel or go out to eat for breakfast if you are dissatisfied as this is standard across the country from where I have stayed at this price point. I believe I got what I paid for with this hotel and am satisfied with that. It was a safe place to sleep, the car was safe, the room clean and did not smell funny. Happy customer. "
