"We ended up booking this place to stay for the weekend but we didn't even check-in in the apartment. The street getting to this place is very rural and tight with no lights and we quickly realized that it would have been impossible for us to drive in and out of it easily at night. The street also doesn't seem to have any lights which makes it dangerous to drive in. Can't really comment for the place inside because we didn't even see it, but more pictures of the apartment should be listed, and...

"The Hiawassee Hideaway, above the garage, was lovely. Very clean, comfortable, light and airy. It had everything we needed for our stay and nice comfortable bed. The property around it is beautiful, the homeowners were welcoming and we got to meet their three cute dogs. It was a nice quiet spot with a secluded feel. It's also close to several restaurants & a grocery store in Hiawassee & a 20 min drive to Helen, Ga. If we get a chance to come back we would be happy to stay again."
