We enjoyed our stay at the BW in Murphy. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The lobby was clean and well organized. I noticed that their Health Dept. score was 100%. The room was very clean and well furnished and the bedding was very comfortable. The carpet was worn but clean. The price was a great value and we will definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, staff were not rude but were not overly friendly. Was very quiet and close to what I was staying there food. Food choice was limited to limited fast food. Bed was very comfy on one side and sunk in one spot on the other … overall would stay here again!

Hey, it’s the Best Western and you get what you pay for…. The staff were friendly & helped with providing a fan & air freshener which our room needed on the first night. The room was clean-just seemed to have been closed up for a bit. Parking is free and we were able to park close to the stairs to make access to the 2nd floor a little easier. Free breakfast-well, again, you get what you pay for. It’s low quality coffee, edible eggs & sausage or cereals. Our room did not get service the 3 nights we stayed midweek. Fresh towels were made available upon request. I would stay there again if I needed a place to stay, but the Bee-dub might not be my 1st choice.

Great location. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The casino is only about five minutes away, which made it very convenient. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try the complimentary breakfast because we left early and forgot about it.

Breakfast was excellent, staff was very friendly and polite, parking was good bottom floor love being able to park at room door. The night was little noise sleeping, the fan wouldn't stay on to cut out the noise from outside on the heat unit. Other than that good stay would definitely stay again.
