"Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service We stayed for one night and were really impressed. The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Canterbury, just a few minutes’ walk from everything. The building is modern, spotless, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep and a lovely refreshing shower in the morning. Breakfast was busy but well organised, with plenty of excellent choices. All the staff we encountered were friendly, attentive, and professional. I want to give particular thanks to James in the restaurant at breakfast. My wife has an egg allergy, and James immediately took her name and room number, then arranged for any cooked food she wanted to be prepared separately by the chef to avoid any risk of cross‑contamination. His care and attention meant a great deal to us — it’s rare for anyone to take the allergy seriously, and it gave my wife real peace of mind. Thank you, James, for your exceptional customer service. We’ll definitely be returning soon."
