The lovely old home has been updated beautifully, my room was quiet, comfortable and immaculate, and every room is very tastefully done. But most of all, Vicky was the perfect host—accommodating, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I’ve never enjoyed a stay more."

"Beautifully appointed spotlessly clean room with very comfortable bed! Best hotel room in a long time. Staff were kind, helpful and attentive. I had the vegetarian breakfast and was so impressed at how fresh all the ingredients were and that the chef cooked the veggie sausages to perfection………..most breakfast chefs seem to cremate them! All in all a fabulous experience. "

"Beautifully furnished and quiet, very spacious room. Lisa is a consummate host and went to loads of trouble decorating the breakfast room to celebrate Easter. The breakfasts are fantastic too. There were only two small downsides: there is an electric charge point for EV's, but it obviously isn't used much and Lisa wasn't sure how to make it work. We managed about an hour's charge and had to go and find a charging point in town and sit in the car while that happened. It would have been perfect if...

"We had a great time at this bungalow. On arrival the accommodation was very clean, everything we needed, lots of quirky things with lots of games for our granddaughters.
