"This flat is very close to the train station, several restaurants, interesting attractions, and small shops for food. It’s decorated in a very quirky style, fun to scan down the hallway of all the interesting pictures. There are windows on both sides of the flat, which made it nice for ventilation on the hot summer nights. If we ever return to Canterbury, we will certainly try to book this flat again."

"Fantastic property, we had everything we needed, host even supplied drinking water, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, shampoo, soap everything you could need, very big space, it was Warm and the host was very informative and friendly, only down side for me was the shower, as i am 6"2 and 18 stone it was quite small, my wife loved it though so you cant please everyone, we would visit again for sure."

"Apartment generally ok Bedroom shelf left on the floor where it had come off the wall. Put some drinks in the fridge in the bedroom which exploded and froze.Bathroom a bit dated Overall ok"

"We were very happy with the property, but disappointed that there was no shower gel, which really felt poor and not in keeping with the standard otherwise. The photos showed three dispensers, which suggest the shower gel was taken by a previous tenant. It should have been replaced. We echo other feedback on the inept design of the fridge door. Surely, it can be changed."

"The 2 bedroom flat was exactly how the website depicted. Comfortable for 2-3 people. Close to the city centre, shops and restaurants and both rails. My only complaint would be the lack of tea towels and napkins. A better coffee maker would also be helpful. Overall, outstanding!"

"Perfect location if you don’t have a car. So much is within walking distance. A very nice flat with modern appliances. Only complaints for 2 couples: a bit cramped for eating in and sitting. Otherwise perfect. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again."

"We had a wonderful time at this apartment. We had a little hiccup checking in but it got resolved. The location is a short walk to the main part of Canterbury, the Cathedral, both train stations, and lots of pubs and restaurants. If you’re there at Christmas time the festival and kiosks are also walkable and fabulous! We rented a car for two-days, Enterprise is right down the street as is parking, and drove to the Cliffs of Dover and Leeds Castle - both were relatively close and gorgeous. We...

"We couldn't fly to our annual reunion in Turkey so we decided to visit one couple in East Kent and bring the reunion from Scotland and Northampton to the Arthouse. We had great comms from Sebastian and Adelle from the beginning. Key code given in the morning and found everything as it should have been. The front bedrooms are a wee bit noisy as on the main road but with secondary glazing, a lot cancelled out. We had everything to start our trip off, a few kitchen essentials. Parking is very tight...
