It's a nice facility however on this trip we reserved a room a week in advance for a wedding and we called ahead day of to say we would be checking in late due to weather delays, they said it was fine. When we checked in at ten PM we were told they had rented our room but that they had a "family suite" available for the same price. We did not need a suite and what we got was a room in an isolated area with families with kids alongside (there's a waterpark next door). So loud cartoons late, then wake up to a howling and sobbing childat 0442 AM. The noise went on past 0700. I doubt we will go back. I can't trust the system after giving away our reserved room in the adult section and subjecting us to three hours of suffering.

The property was great and very upscale and modern. It was a very comfortable room and would highly recommend it especially if you need access to any north shore attractions and it is quite convenient to Boston as well and much more affordable. There are many restaurants to chose from nearby as well.

I don’t know if they have room service, but I couldn’t figure out a way to get through to them. They only have one bar/restaurant off the lobby that is open from 5 PM until midnight.
