Bornheim - Ostend Hotels, Frankfurt

"Checking in on 24 Dec was a breeze. The free shuttle bus from the airport was on time and check in was quick. Room was immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked. Only minor issue is that only 1 large bath towel was provided person. There was also no hand towel for the kitchen area. Nespresso machine and microwave was new and tiptop. Front desk on 25 Dec were the friendliest warmest Germans I’ve met so far and without tip! Subway is really close by - about 2.50euros to the airport so that’s an alternative if you don’t want to pay 6euros for the shuttle to the airport. Also there is a city tax of 6euros to be paid at check in by card. "

"Most hotel rooms located near airports are generally noisy. At this Sheraton, there is absolutely no air conditioning noise, room to room noise, and certainly no noise from planes landing or taking off."

"The room was amazing. From cleanliness to amenities including having two individual covers on the bed. (Something we always struggle to get at other hotels) Staff were amazing all through the hotel. Breakfast was superb. We had dinner one night in the hotel and it too was amazing. "

"Very comfortable bed, firm like we like it. Great location, close to the airport, grocery store and park. Perfect for a rest during a long trip. It would be beneficial to have a fridge in the room or kettle to prepare coffee. We will be back for sure "
