The hotel was very quiet and the airport shuttle is great although it does only run once an hour. Breakfast was decent, they tried to keep it stocked up even during busy times. Would come back!

Good place to stay. Airport shuttle was convenient, but had to look hard to find the schedule on the website for pickup at the airport. They had a map of the location, which is at the hotel shuttle bus pickup location, however this wasn't explicitly stated. Leaving from the hotel was not a problem as the schedule is posted in the elevator. Self check in, but someone was there to assist. Quiet comfortable room, although there was construction across the street in the morning

This is a great short stay hotel for those coming in and out of Frankfurt. It has what we needed to get a good nights sleep before flying out. And the dinner we had in the restaurant was great. Would like to see more staff in the kitchen, as they seemed really over-worked and stressed out (doing too many jobs at once), but this is meant to be a "self-serve" hotel so limited staff is the point. I did not mind the self-check in system, and the woman in the front was overly helpful (not a bad thing). She went out of her way for us, and I appreciated that. I would not stay here for more than a single night, as there is NOTHING around it. But, for some rest after (or before) a flight...give it a go.

A very nice hotel; funky design and decor. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Easy to hop on the tram and get to the train station via the Pfaffanthal-Kirchberg funicular.

Food at breakfast and dinner were decent but service overwhelmed by volume and way under-staffed. Rooms ok but ripped and torn furniture in rooms. The worst part was the check-in staff, who was useless, selective in helping only others, and not helpful on the Sept 21 check-in; and on the Oct 1 check-in, the check-in staff was totally nonexistent, helping only a boatload of customers who missed their flights with airline vouchers, and no one to assist full paying hotel customers like us.

Sarah checked me in and was super friendly and accommodating. Thebroom was small but very clean and quiet. The view to the north and the village was very nice. The only thing i dislikes is that the shuttle does not run between noon and 6 pm . This is not represented on expedia and a serious flaw on the platform

One of the best hotels I stayed. Staff was very friendly, and the room beyond my expectations. This hotel should be at least a 4 star hotel. Definetelly I will be back

Clean and quiet rooms. This hotel is perfect if you need to kill a few hours between flights. There’s a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel that isn’t easy to find.

I did not like that the shuttle only operates at certain times. Also, I didn’t like having to check myself in and out without assistance even though I asked for help from the person there. I also didn’t like that they did not take cash on cards. So I was charged several international fees.
