We had a wonderful stay, the hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again!

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Just a few minutes walk to Frankfurt Main Station to catch any trains to airport or other destinations. The tram stop to travel the city is just steps away. You are surrounded with food and dining options. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Beautiful clean room. Only small critique is the shower, which overflows a bit onto the floor if you don’t wait long enough for it to drain. Otherwise, everything was perfect. And the breakfast was exceptional!

Again, one of multiple times that I’ve stayed here with wonderful staff and with all the amenities working each time. They’re kind quick and happy to help with anything. Close to the train station is a pro for traveling and is less than 20 minutes by S Bahn to the Flughafen.

The AC went out for 2 of our 4 days, which during the heat wave made it difficult to sleep, but fortunately it got fixed for our last day. Breakfast was very good. The staff were helpful and professional. The hotel is a super convenient location and quite for being at such a busy intersection.

The hotel is situated close to the central railway station and has tram stops just around the corner. The room was fine but had an open-plan bedroom/bathroom, which might not appeal to some people if they were sharing. The toilet had its own cubicle, however. The hotel had a certain charm to it, though it would benefit from an upgrade of the whole property. I used the television a couple of times, but the listed channels on the plastic card by the TV set did not correspond to the channels on the handset to any great degree. Breakfast was good and available from 0630-handy if you have an early train or flight to catch. What I liked most about the room was the air conditioning, as it worked well in the late-summer heat and was easy to use. The staff always said hello and were available if you had a query. The hotel directory is found via a QR code, like in many hotels nowadays, but I would have preferred an in-room paper version. The advertised Asian restaurant was not open during my stay but looked as if it was going to be up and running soon. A good hotel to rest your head but not one for those travellers seeking loads of in-house amenities.

Had an impromptu trip to Frankfurt and needed to stay close to Messe - hotel has excellent location. Staff is very courteous and attentive to needs. I asked if a change in room would be possible and the staff was very accommodating; KUDDOS to them, The beds are very comfortable. Housekeeping in rooms impecable! Elevator lobby and public WCs could use a bit more care in terms. overall experience very satisfactory. would stay again.

The room was really nice, I love the bathroom being transparent especially for couples. The receptionist was really nice and friendly, they speak both English and Deutsch. Hotel is near the Hauptbahnhof by foot and other restaurants. I love love this Hotel. I highly recommend.

This is about 5 mins from Central Station. 2 mins from the hotel there are trams that take you to Marienplatz (tram 19) and other tourist places. There are at least 2 supermarkets/ groceries within 5 mins: Lidl and REWE. You can get water, beer, wine, produce, bread, croissants, ham, etc. The breakfast is amazing: eggs, cheeses, salami, ham, veggies, fruit, all kinds of breads and rolls. They are very helpful with the luggage storage. We checked out, went to Dachau and 6 hrs later we came back for our luggage. The only minus is the construction zone across, there is a lot of building in that neighborhood
