"I had an amazing stay at the Westin with me and my wife. We got the couples massage at the spa, we used room service, we tried the bar as well, there is also a cart on the first floor every morning with coffee and baked goods. The staff was incredibly helpful, we had a small emergency and the staff was incredibly responsive and assisted us in every way they could. The location of the hotel is also perfect, if you want to shop. I could not recommend this hotel any more."

"Convenient location, steps away from subway station, with supermarket and restaurants right downstairs. Amazing view, spacious rooms. Slightly dated but clean and very well-kept. The main entrance is hard to spot, the sign inside the shopping center is hidden, the elevator to the lobby feels like a dark, back entrance. Staff is very helpful, super long line during check-in hour, like 8-10 people in queue, even with 3 staff working at the counter. But after check-in, everything is good and smooth."

"We had call in to get a direction to the parking and hotel lobby. So you may want to make sure you know where you need to go for check in as you don’t see hotel name at the door unless you are on the 2nd floor level. The view is nice, closed to station, very quiet, etc."

"5-star hotel style, we have the 4-bed hotel room with plenty of space to walk around. Nice east view, you can see the Cosmo Clock and sunrise from window. Maybe we chose a family room, there is no work desk in the room, I have hard time doing work at night. There are many restaurants to choose from without leaving your building. Shopping mall, museums, Train stations, everything is walking distance. Love the morning run around the harbour. Night is beautiful!"
