"After waiting until 6:00pm to check in, I was told my room was a side view, not ocean front as was in the picture when I reserved it. I was told after 10 min of discussion that “oh we just use that picture for all the rooms” At lease the side room wasn’t the left side. Still some views. I didn’t mind the basketball players and people out at midnight beside the property, but some people might. I would have preferred the ocean view. Rooms can get noisy as they are not soundproof"

"My wife and l spent a few days at this condo while we visited Sea World. We were very impressed with all aspects of this unit.The check-in instructions were direct and very clear as to how to gain access to the garage and into the unit.Once inside the condo we found it immaculately clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well supplied with everything that was needed whether you are staying a few days like us or if you were staying longer. The bedrooms were of good size with very comfortable beds. The master bedroom had a nice sized walk-in closet and a bathroom with a tub and shower.The balcony was very pleasant to relax on and provided a nice view of the waves crashing agaonst the shore. NOTE: the view from the balcony for sunsets was absolutely amazing!!All instructions for the tv's, internet, etc were very clear and easy to understand. The unit was also very ADA friendly with plenty of space and a walk-in shower.Within walking distance to the condo there are several restaurants, gift shops, the Imperial Beach Pier. In my opinion, Luigi's was the best pizza we've had since we left New York a couple years ago. The commute to San Doego and to Sea World were very easy commutes when we were there.We would highly recommend this place to anyone and would stay again if we come back."

"We really enjoyed the stay. We loved sitting on the patio and watching the waves. We had some issues with the AC but the owner was responsive and helpful. I recommend getting online and checking the water quality if you are planning on swimming in the ocean. Unfortunately the water quality can be poor. During our stay there were signs stating that the water was contaminated and to not enter the ocean. You can still enjoy the beach and sand though. The listing mentions that the water may be closed at the beach. Other people mentioned an issue with homeless people in the area. There were some in the park, but they didn't cause is any problems and it didn't bother us at all. I highly recommend taking the short walk to the pier and eating at the Imperial Beach Kitchen. It is located at the end of the pier. That was one of the highlights of our stay.I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our stay."

"This beach is absolutely beautiful! The condo is very clean, and the views are phenomenal. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or coffee while enjoying the scenery. The location is excellent and convenient. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing beach where you can unwind and enjoy the ocean, this is definitely the place to be. Highly recommend!"

3 Bedroom With Incredible View Of The Ocean And Pier

"Condo had a great view, but you couldn't swim in the water because of bacteria. We were there to recuperate from some medical procedures we had out there and the bedroom TV didn't work at all and the living room TV didn't have cable. Four days into our stay that was finally resolved. We were told we would get some reimbursement for that, but when I got home, I emailed them three times and called but never got any response."
