We did our Check in and when we got in to the room the air conditioner was broke it and no phone line , we went to the front desk and the guy in the front desk give us a different room and he told us he will be put that room out of order.the room was very nice and clean and I love they provided shampoo and conditioner and also extra pillows for us .the breakfast was very good !!!! I was expecting just coffee and donuts but it was full of choices and the staff very helpful.my experience was good ! I will return for sure .

For this area right across the border from TJ this hotel is decent. The breakfast is about what you expect of this quality of a hotel. The hotel was reasonably clean, everything worked and the place is decent. When you get this close to the border many of the places slide to the Mexico standard. This place is decent.

Our stay was really great. We had some issues with our apartment and had to stay for a few days, then had to extend for a few more. The property was well maintained, the breakfast was pretty good, the staff in the kitchen was kind and even let my husband sneak in a few min late a couple mornings to grab breakfast. The negative part comes when its time for us to check out. Unfortunately we had accumulated quite a bit because it was our home for a week while our was being renovated. The housekeeping staff was rude and would walk by and point at our belongings and laugh or shake their heads. Then during our inspection we were charged $100 for bed linens, for a small stain that I was told by the management was blood, however no one bled on our sheets while we were there, so I'm not entirely sure where it came from. I was completely appalled at how the housekeeping staff behaved and how we were conned out of $100 of my deposit. The rest of the stay was great.

This was a last minute booking for one night. The front desk staff was excellent. Very friendly and very accommodating. The hotel has plenty of parking (you will likely be able to park right in front of your room), the location is quiet and really close to the border (if you're using CBX), the room was very clean and had all the AC and tv channels you would expect.
