Rooms are enormous & fitted out to a high quality. the design style is modern, fresh & thoughtful. We had a very comfortable stay here & were really surprised by the high quality of the good in the restaurant!
Our only disappointment was the slowwwwww service from staff at the hotel. It took 3 hours to eat a three course meal in Capricious restaurant. We sat down at 7.00pm, starters arrived at 8.00pm & main course just after 9.10pm! Whilst the staff were all very pleasant - there was absolutely no pace to the place. When we checked out at 10.30am - only one girl was on reception - with a queue of guests waiting to check out... Many staff walked passed & failed to help her. An employee walked past the queue into the office behind reception & only when asked by us to help with check out - did she then come to the reception desk.
The hotel itself is fabulous - as was the food -but there was no one visibly in charge anywhere & staff were not focused on speedy service!

Perfect staff and manager. The hotel was further from central Farnkfurt than we wanted but it didn't matter as the hotel provided a free coach to the fair each morning and it is close to a tram station which also goes to the Messe. The hotel is modern, clean, quiet and very comfortable.
The hotel was nice close to the metro station, very clean and comfy. Rooms a bit too small we barely had space for our bags.. Would definitely recomend it to anyone who isnt intending to stay all day long in the hotel..
Conveniently located to showgrounds for exhibition visitors. Nice rooms and facilities, very helpful and friendly staff. Well situated to transport links and other venues for evening entertainment and dining. Is a bit costly however.
Hands down the best thing about this hotel is the bar! great night out, friendly staff, great atmosphere and we'll be back for that alone. Checking in we weren't told where the restaurants were, how to get to the convention centre via the hotel or even how to work the lifts! (cue almost tears of frustration before someone saw us struggling and helped!) Room was quite nice and comfortable (though two single beds pushed together is not a double!) very big and well stocked mini bar. Housekeeping start knocking on doors at 8am so make sure to leave your do not disturb sign on the door.
