We enjoyed the location and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very accommodating. The last night was an extension of our stay and it was quite a bit more eexpensive than our previous 4 nights.
"Reviews were glowing and we weren't disappointed"
Our first stay at a Capri by Fraser and what a fabulous experience. Only one night but couldn't fault the room, the service or any other aspect of the hotel. Breakfast is a bit pricy, but as others have said, the nearby Mall has lots of good places for breakfast - try the 5th Floor restaurant for a full buffet.
Wow, what a comfortable bed, and with live BBC and ITV channels on the TV too! And the bathroom was exceptional - the best shower I've had in ages.
The location is good, with about a 15 minute walk to the railway station (via a rather rundown area) and there is a tram stop about 5 mins walk from the hotel.
I will definitely be looking for Capri by Fraser hotels for our future travels.

The staff of the hotel were above amazing, they were helpful and seemed very happy to be at work! The facilities were great, location was close to public transport and 4 stops from the city. We forgot our go-pro in the room after we checked out and had already checked in at the airport so the staff are posting it to us. They were so helpful. Very positive experience! We would definitely come back and stay here.
This hotel is right opposite the Frankfurt Messe which makes it a great place to use for exhibitions and conferences. Although it faces a busy street the triple glazing completely eliminates any traffic noise and the black out curtains any light if you prefer a darker room to sleep in. Getting to the hotel is also very easy; just a 8-10 minutes walk from the main station or if you are using the U-Bahn the Festhalle station is right outside. It was really easy to find from the main station, check-in was very quick and easy and the room light and airy with great facilities and very clean everywhere. I found this to be a great base for my 3-night stay, there are restaurants within a couple of minutes of the hotel (The hotel only does snacks in the evening) or if you want to walk into town it is only 10 minutes with any type of restaurant you would want.
Everything you would expect from a premium hotel. Had to get key recoded 3 times and breakfast a bit dear at €18pp but otherwise great views from rooms and friendly staff. Good location near to team for fast access to town
Stayed here on business whilst visiting the Achema exhibition. This hotel is probably the closest you can get so very convenient. Only stayed one night so did not use all of the facilities but this is a good hotel for business travelers.
Was very reasonably priced hotel for the area. Was not impressed by the cleanliness of the room. The toilet needed cleaning and the floor had debris on it. Also the television was malfunctioning and the staff didn't seem to care (well the person whom I spoke with). The parking is a bit outrageous especially for guest of hotel. Seeing as the parking deck is open to public. A discount incentive should be offered to guest of hotel. Also the breakfast a bit overpriced. But still was nice to have 24hr receptionist and curbside cabs available at any time.
The third-largest trade fair facility in the world, Frankfurt's Messe has has nine exhibition halls, a central logistics centre, and an attached convention centre. It has a total area of 578,000 square metres (6,221,540 sq. ft.). The Frankfurt Book Fair, the world's largest trade fair for books, makes its home here every October.
