This is my favorite Hotel near the Messe Area and PWC building. Big rooms with a small kitchenette. A balcony. Great mattress and nice sheets. Bathroom hat a shower and a bathtub. All very modern and super clean. No need to look elsewhere.

Great location. Property was very well maintained and it is right outside the mall which offers easy and convenient options for food as well. The room had all amenities I needed for my family and traveling with an infant very easy.

Convenient Apartment Hotel

Stayed for the week for an exhibition at Messe Frankfurt. Hotel is located across the road from Hall 3, very conveniently located. Rooms are nice and spacious, basic no frills hotel but works fine. Only complaint is I wish they provided more towels, theres only a small thin one in the hotel and they only changed it once every 3 days...

Very clean hotel. Staff very helpful at check in. Walking distance to many parts of the city. Big shopping mall across the street. Nice patio area out the back where you can enjoy complimentary coffee/water.

Perfect!

Very clean, very suitable for a longer stay. I was there five nights. Really appreciated the full kitchen, with all the utensils you need for simple cooking. The bed was great too. Short walking distance from the Messe.

Very convenient hotel when attending an event at the Messe. Despite a mall right opposite it was still quiet. Nice and clean but I don’t understand why room cleaning is once a week instead of daily like all other hotels.

This is a nice sized hotel directly across from Skyline Plaza. Each room has a small kettle with tea/coffee options and the staff were lovely. There is a tram stop 3 minutes walk which is a few short stops (under 10 minutes) from the main train station. Or you can walk to the main train station in about 15 minutes. From the train station, the Christmas markets are a short walk of around 10 minutes and well worth it for the historic scenery. The hotel had construction outside when we started (December 2024) but the hotel is so quiet you barely hear a thing, particularly in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We got the 1 bedroom with kitchenette and were suprised how big the fridge was, freezer was as expected. No oven. There is a mall across the street and U-Bahn around 4 blocks. Like most of Frankfurt, parking is hard to find. We got a parking pass to the lot below for 120EU a week. Overall, I would recommend this place but with 2 boys, 9 and 11, a place with a pool would have made our lives easier.

The rooms are way too small and the parking is way too confusing… I got lost, locked into places I couldn’t understand how to get out… and all they could say… “we can’t see you on the camera.” For the room, I asked for a suite, but we got two different small rooms opposite to each other. But, the man at check in was very nice and helpful. I also liked the master bed because it was comfortable and the breakfast was very good that I kind of forgave the problems with the small rooms and parking fiasco

The location at Citadines is fine but I did not know we had no room service. Even to pick up towels I had to go to laundry. The price is high for zero service and the room is really warm. I know hotels shut down the AC as of September but I had a lot of trouble sleeping. Plus not enough light on the bathroom. I don’t think I will book again.
