Lots of booze, no water

The room was clean and confortable and although we had an issue with the air conditionning, they promptly offered a différent room. The food was average. Drinks were OK however very difficult to get water and no fridge in the room.

Facilities are quiet worn out and the rooms are very poorly maintained. We were moved 2 times. 1st a/c not working, 2nd beds were broken. Finally they gave us an upgrade to an ocean view however a/c was a bit low and the room kept getting warm specially during the afternoon times since the sun hit directly through the windows. Food was good, entertainment was good and the end we managed to have an ok stay at the hotel.

Wonderful staff, very friendly. Food was good and plentiful. The place is long overdue for an upgrade. My sea view room window was dirty, and the frame was falling apart. Very cold, white room with no character. A/C in the room hardly worked.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, we didn’t encounter any issues and the staff was friendly. This is an all inclusive, however, the liquor/ cocktail servings were really small, the food was well prepared but it wasn’t anything special. The price was low in comparison to the other hotels, so it was no surprise that it wasn’t as nice as the other places we have stayed before.

Everything was fine. Well, it is a three-star hotel. The only bad thing is that they don't have something different from the buffet. In the hotel description it says that there are two a la carte restaurants but my mom never saw them. My niece got her period and stained the bed and they wanted to charge her for changing the sheet. My mom washes it by hand.

Please stay away from this place!!! This is not a real all inclusive. Poor customer service. Cockroaches on the room and bath room. Shower full of hair. Humidity on the wall and furniture and doors in bad conditions almost to fall down. Curtains falling down. Don’t waste your time and money on this hotel. Worst experience ever. The AC was not working correctly and the never had enough towels. Food was very plain no taste and it look like they were over whelmed by the people. Swimming pool was to small by the amount of people and very limited time to use the pool. In all very bad choice for me and my girlfriend.

The ac in our room was not working properly and they never came to fix it. The WiFi didn’t work properly. There was a small mini bar near the pool but nothing was given to us in our room fridge. When we checked in it took more than an hour for us to be helped even though they saw us with suitcases. The cleaning lady took forever to clean the room and forgot to give us clean towels. We came back one day at 5pm and the room had not been cleaned.
