Had an issue with the room that they moved me to before arriving there but the following day Andria assisted me with no problem. She has the best customer service and the greatest smile. Her quick assistance made my stay even better than before. Also, the hotel and rooms were clean and everyone was polite. This place will always be my first choice to stay.

Staff was wonderful, no doubt about it, and breakfast was awesome! However they offered an upgrade which I gladly accepted days before my trip and in the end got nothing, the OZ hotel does not have nice views outside, and it does not have a pool nor bathtub or jacuzzi. If you are only planning to sleep and take a quick shower then yes, it is for you.

The room was clean but the bed didn’t feel that comfortable. Room was also quite small. The water pressure was weird since at times it was strong and at times it was not. Check in was good though. The front desk provided us with a good parking spot even though parking is not available on site. Close to the beach, supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants.
