"When I arrived to this property I was told that it was overbooked and I had to stay down the street at a different hotel that was way lower quality! I’m LIVID!"

"I am stunned to read other reviews rating this hotel as clean and nice. Our room was gross. The grout in the bathroom that used to be white was black. The floor in the gym was so filthy that I kept slipping and when I wiped it down with a white towel it turned black. Parts of the furniture in our room were missing."

"The room was clean and had a full kitchen. The property was nice with easily accessible parking. They had water activities too. "

"An amazing resort. Front desk staff was incredible. I got an upgrade to a beautiful suite upon arrival. The property is beautiful. Pools, bars, restaurants, activities, and lots of spaces to sit and relax including gas fire pits and couches for evening wind-down. Loved it! "

"This place was far below expectations! Dozens of unsupervised children running around at all hours of the night screaming, party music every night until 2:30am, people banging on the room door all night for fun, shower didn’t drain and left you in 4” of gross water in just a few minutes, room was outdated, had to unplug the tv because it turned itself off and on all night long (never worked properly), no fan in the room or bathroom, and worst of all… we watched a woman proposition a couple in the parking lot for a threesome which later turned out to be the hotel’s cleaning lady. We would have stayed somewhere else but were stuck in the area for a wedding and had nowhere else available. Would not recommend!! "
