Room was clean. The Yellow Fin does not have much of a selection on the menu. Did not like that The coffee shop closes at 11:00 am. After that you have to make your own coffee in your room. The pool waitress Collette Crooks was excellent very friendly and attentive.
Our room was on the second floor which had no ice machine. Not happy with having to get on the elevator to go to the first floor for ice especially at night.

Our room was spacious and clean, with a bag of Key Lime cookies waiting for us on arrival. We appreciated boxed instead of bottled water that was always available in-room at no extra cost. But the thing we enjoyed most was the secluded Bali Bar, which was hidden away from busy Duvall Street. The live music was excellent and the. bar tenders were very accommodating. There are many hotels and places to stay in Key West but we would definitely return to this one. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay. Our room was small but chose it. We would book something bigger next time. We did not notice noise from other rooms as some reviews mentioned. We were on first floor and had easy access to pool which was very nice. We will be back!

The room and balcony were fantastic. The pool, grounds, and view of the ocean were lovely. The staff was super welcoming and friendly when we arrived. We enjoyed the close restaurant and walking path right across the street.
