"- Nous n'avons rien à reprocher à la personne avec laquelle nous avons été en contact... par SMS et téléphone avant notre arrivée. Elle a fait preuve d'une disponibilité et d'une réactivité absolues et constantes lors de notre séjour. Mais décidément l'accueil non présentiel ne nous convient absolument pas!
