"Great location, lovely gite, and very friendly and helpful host. Short walk to the village with its supermarket and excellent boulangerie. A little further (and upwards) is Domme. The only downside was that the staircase to the bedrooms is a bit narrow for older and less mobile folks. "

"Authentically restored historic rural stone building (former village school) in enchanting verdant location - numerous rustic cottages situated on a web of no-through roads above the river Dordogne. That means quiet, little traffic, lovely walks, access to the river, a XIIthC chapel nearby, walnut and fruit tree groves (apples, pears, mirabel plums), hay fields. Une symphonie pastorale ! The property’s pool is perfection. The house is well equipped with modern appliances, new kitchen...

"Maison et piscine agréables. Cependant la propriété a été vendue peu avant notre séjour sans que nous soyons prévenus de ce changement. Les soirées festives et bruyantes des nouveaux propriétaires, juste à côté de la maison, l'utilisation (sans nous avoir consultés) de la piscine par la famille du propriétaire (alors qu'elle était privée dans la location) ont un peu terni l'expérience. Dommage car sinon l'endroit est très agréable."

"We had a fantastic two week stay at this property. The house has been renovated and decorated to a high standard, with a good sized pool and nice garden space. The property was very clean when we arrived, with a nice gift of wine and biscuits from the owners. The living room has two good sized sofas and a wide screen TV with I think CD player which we didn't use. There is also a large dining room table and two smaller tables. Only three of us stayed, but the house can easily accommodate more....

"Geachte de buurt van het verblijf is zeer goed. De kamers mogen en goede kuisbuurd krijgen.de winkels zijn op een korte afstand. In de keuken is er vanales te kort zoals boterham messen,soeplepel om soep uit te scheppen aardappel stamper ,een grotere koffiezetapparaat en een waterkooker! Ik denk dat de eigenaar niet veel kookt. Gelukkig hadden we goede geburen als we iets tekort hadden er om mogten vragen."
