"The digital key was annoying, and digital check in/check out didn't work. The hotel itself was excellent for the price Clean and modern room, good location, very quiet. Room was cramped but this was expected and really all I needed. I even got upgraded; my room had a window when I booked a windowless room."

"Omg I loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, Shouaib / Tarek were so helpful and kind . I loved the breakfast : they asked for any allergies and prepared my meal separately. Sherifa the house keeper was very sweet. She kept my room clean . She provided me with extra towels as requested. I would definitely come back to this hotel . I’m very Happy with my stay ! I will definitely recommend it . It was my first time in London ! "

For example the mini bar in room which is complimentary and said would be refilled every day wasn’t topped up to the same. Breakfast was not the best in terms of things running out and having to ask for everything and the eggs were all over cooked fried and scrambled with a few other little nuances. That aside it was a pleasant stay. "
