"I was really impressed with the quality of this hotel. Only thing missing is a communal tap to fill a water bottle. The member of staff I asked, said the bathroom tap was my only option.
Overall an excellent stay in a very convenient location. "
"Myself and my adult child came for an extended London trip (16 days). We loved the Oliver Plaza Hotel. The location is ideal for shopping, museums, theatres, palaces and other sightseeing. Everything is either a short walk or tube trip away. The community is safe and quiet with lots of dining options nearby. The staff is very pleasant. The breakfast included option was a good value (especially by London standards). Our room had best hotel aircon I have every experienced (Cooling perfectly without chilling). If we come back to London, this will be where we stay."
"Quiet and clean. Negative, no breakfast, reception frequently unmanned - they need a bell not a phone number that goes to answer machine (don't they understand the basics of running a hotel?)"
"Lovely, newly opened hotel in classic building with modern decor and amenities, plus a lot of charm. Beautiful, tree-lined garden in back, stylish, comfortable rooms (and pretty large for London hotels), and helpful staff. Night manager and deputy night manager Shikha and Katia were particularly helpful as I extended my stay. Great coffee shop and outdoor space for tea and meals, plus excellent vegan full English breakfast (plus other vegan options on all menus). Convenient to Underground (including Piccadilly line to Heathrow), lots of small shops and restaurants, and Kensington is only a 10-minute walk away. Nice vibe: relaxed, welcoming, and professional. Would definitely stay again. "
"Booked last minute. On arrival the staff were excellent, polite, very helpful, they stored our bags for us. Went into London, underground station just 5 minutes away direct line to central London, very convenient. Or an easy walk to Chelsea harbour pier and we got the Uber boat up to embankment. Room was clean, well stocked for an overnight stay, aircon was great. Breakfast was easy and plenty of choice. Would book this hotel again without question next time we are in London."
